Project Proposal Writing/Brain Storming/Ongoing written material to support project growth.

I am starting an NGO to deliver social services to small villages in remote areas of Africa. My background is that I have been running a successful Satellite Communications company in Africa for the past 13 years. Now semi-retired, I want to use my knowledge and re-purpose the extensive amount of high end Satcomms gear that I own for delivering various social services type programs. These would include Tele-Medicine programs, various types of Education programs and Conservation Awareness programs. Additionally, we would like to work with street kids and place them in foster homes in the villages we seek to work in, as these kids are often orphans and preyed upon by the unscrupulous on the streets these kids call home in the big cities. I need to write a project proposal that describes our aims and objectives. The purpose of the proposal is to gain support from Govt Ministries, Donor Agencies and to tap into Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that business houses may be running and if not already running such, may consider establishing in order to support this work. I need to identify a bright talented individual with a passion for writing, who can come up with innovative ideas for incorporating into a project proposal. The goal would be to have this proposal printed on a high end press (ie, quality printing on quality sheet stock) and bound in a catchy cover - to be decided as we go forward. This will most likely entail working with a designer in order to come up with something stylish, eye catching and make a big first impression of who we are. We only get one chance to make a first impression to the audience we are seeking to engage with. I am relying on YOU to get me there. Tell me why YOU are the one I am looking for.
