Services module C++

I need services bots for IRC. GuardServ, LogServ, SeenServ, FloodServ. The bots must work with Anope services. When someone channel owner try to assign a bot in the channel the bot must check is he a owner to a channel and if is will join in the channel and will get auto @ -op ( for GuardServ and FloodServ) and voice + ( for LogServ and SeenServ) I want GuardServ to have database for evryone channel and will use separates db. For example if in channel #channel is added bad nick troll and user with nick troll entry the bot will set mode +b troll!*@* and will be kicked by GuardServ. I want GuardServ to make a report from official channel #Bulgaria to #Opers. For example: if any user msg in #bulgaria: !report <nick> (msg), the bot must send the report with nick and msg to #opers and will set a report restriction for this user for 30 minutes. FloodServ will be about flood if someone make flood will be kicked 3 times before FloodServ to set ban +B *!*@* and the user will be kicked by FloodServ. For evry channel must be set different flood. For example #channel set flood protect 5:4. For channel #fun set flood 10:6... All bots must have a commands. For example /msg GuardServ guard on #channel - to join in a channel /msg GuardServ guard off #channel - to left in a channel /msg GuardServ add <badnick> #channel - add badnick to a channel list /msg GuardServ del <badnick> #channel - add badnick to a channel list /msg GuardServ coppy #channel1 #channel2 - copy the list from channel1 and use it for channel2 /msg FloodServ flood on #channel Join FloodServ to the channel /msg FloodServ flood off #channel Left FloodServ from a channel /msg FloodServ set flood #channel 5:4 set flood 5 lines per 4 sec /msg LogServ log on #channel Join LogServ to the channel /msg LogServ log off #channel Left LogServ to the channel /msg SeenServ seen on #channel Join SeenServ to the channel /msg SeenServ seen off #channel Left SeenServ to the channel The services must be on C++ and must work with MySQL
