Receive a live video stream in windows platform from a mobile device via SRT protocol (originating from apps like Larix broadcaster or Haivision Play Pro) as a source and than transcode the incoming video to a specific video format(For example 1080i50) with a specific codec(Mpeg2,H264,Hevc), and broadcast it as a UDP/RTP multicast/unicast DVB standart Mpeg-TS stream via at least 2 NIC port. If possible, a gstreamer solution with Rust language is preferrred.
