Duties & Responsibilities: Ability to identify and develop new prospects Contact potential leads via phone and email – some provided the by the company Promote services to new customers and determine clients deficiencies A strong understanding of company services, operational procedures & organization to effectively communicate benefits in using our company. Secure appointments with clients for yourself and Senior Management Team Ability to make 60 or more follow up calls per day Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship Develop strategies for effective sales closing Prioritize client follow up calls Work with other departments in order to on board new customers effectively Qualifications: Excellent written & verbal communication skills Must be computer literate and possess the ability to learn new computer systems Exhibit a professional demeanor and business maturity Learn and understand the commercial cleaning industry and have the ability to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of company services and how they apply to the customer needs Strong selling and closing skills Ability to work independently & in a team environment Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales Excellent in time management and personal organization We offer health care, dental, disability, supplemental insurance.
