I am searching for a display scoreboard that can help me with a Patented invention that I have,

I have designed and built the pad that the jumper lands on and it is essentially a “keyboard switch”.
I am looking for an outdoor, battery operated, 6” to 8” numerals, LED or mechanical, 2-digit display scoreboard.
The scoreboard will display 20 scores.
Namely, 00,05,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,95.
The system must receive 20 wires with one ground wire to make the switching action.
The system must display the correct numerals in accordance with the switch closed and then ignore any other switch closures after the initial switch closure.
The display will be held until the unit is reset by a push button to a blank display and is ready for the next input.
The system needs to be portable and on a tripod for display.
