Outbound Telephone Sales Real Estate

Using the our telephone dialer software, our sales reps call real estate agents and home owners to see if they might be interested in using our real estate auction services. Should be able to make 30 calls per hour, work off a sales script, schedule appointments and take detail call notes. Must be fluent and conversational in English and have computer with high speed internet connection and headset to connect to the dialer software. Most of our reps use Skype to dial in to our telephone system to make calls and have a quiet work place. Real estate experience is required. Should have experience as a call center rep or making calls/setting appointments for real estate agents. The shift is 9am to 2pm Pacific time zone (USA). (5 hours) Monday-Friday. Bonus available per appointment set plus the hourly salary. Please respond if interested and be sure to state your experience in the real estate business, other work setting sales appointments and which dialing software you have used in the past. We sell both residential (homes) real estate and commercial real estate, but this position is mostly residential. If you have worked for a real estate broker before setting appointments, that is a big plus. We are seeking one individual we can train and develop into a long term career and do not work with BPO firms. So if you are an agency or call center team please skip this job. I used to be a coach as well in such field helping agents with their rebuttals and on how to make a successful sale and provide tips on how to increase the number of sales that they are closing. I do have a high convincing power that leads me to be successful in sales, a positive attitude like I treat every prospect as a closed sale right away and dedicated my talent to the client.
