I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - when it comes about stackability, we're talking about how the bottom of the bottle fit with the cap... same time, if the stack is to high, it makes the bottle at the base layer to collapse... 2 - the solution is ok for carbonated beverages... 3 - for a better stability, it is recommended the bottles to be squared instead of cylindrical... Product Designer, CAD / CAM Enigneer Working in Omar Jibran Engineering Industries Ltd. As CAD/CAM Engineer. A new project of "Powered Wheel Chair" is initiated by the company and I am responsible for the Parts Design and it's Assembling on NX Software by the process of Reverse Engineering. Supervision of in-house manufacturing also comes under my responsibility. Moreover, I have also designed electrodes for the Mold Manufacturing of an upcoming car project of Indus Motor Company. Also have good command on CAM on NX Software. During the internship of 6 months at Mercedes Benz (Daimler Greater China), I worked in the R&D Department with Engine Design Team of Gasoline Engines whose fundamental task was localization and testing of local engine component supply. Hence I was closely working with production, quality management and purchase departments as well as with the suppliers and technical services department. During my internship, I have made the “Heat Shield” (other than the car part) using Siemens NX Sheet Metal Method. Its function was to block the heat, to cover the part from over heating.
