Hi there,
This is Bogdan from Romania.
I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer, industrial designer and, 3D modeler.
For some of my projects, I'm also doing the physical prototype too.
I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc.
I have over 15 years of experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch.
from the picture attached, I see you want to use two types of nails (regular ones - with rectangular head and round ones - which perhaps are on screws...)
I also see that on your model the nails are more departed from the usual line (on the outer edge)... - it might not be able to have the nail well inserted (not enough hoof left)
with those channels will be more difficult to pick the dirt out - would suggest having them with a wider opening inward
the ridges in the front and tails are too small to be useful
(btw - these advice are based on horse riding practice, not for the other horses... :) - my daughter practice horse riding, jumping and dresage...)
For any more questions, we could chat here, including the whole details of the project, final price, time frame, deliverables, etc, etc...
Regards
Bogdan
