Hello. I have experience in working with threads and delegates in c# and I believe that I can make this program work correctly. Creating the interface won't be a problem and I can add the events stated in the pdf, along with the functions accurately. I have developed a similar project but with audio streaming and I understand how to synchronize the threading functions properly. I will begin right away.
