I will develop an array of date from start date time and end DateTime with an increment of 15sec or you can modify from the configuration. Then fetch data from a server and also parse into formate in JSON. I will do it with the asynchronous code so it will be non-blocking code also I will use defensive coding to prevent any error possible in ongoing transactions. Thank you
