.NET EDI Hub for a TMS (Transportation Management System)

Small technology startup is looking for a developer that has experience developing a C#.net EDI Hub for our TMS system. We are looking to process inbound and outbound EDI transactions for our products. Our initial targets of this product are the following:
- 204 (Inbound): Implement the ability for our systems to receive/accept a load tender from a customer
- 990 (Outbound): Implement the ability for our systems to send/respond to a load tender to a customer
The basic outcomes of this project are to have the following in place:
1. Basic framework for reading and writing EDI transactions/files from SFTP/FTP locations.
2. Basic framework for processing an EDI file.
3. Basic framework for creating an EDI file.
4. Processing of 204 and 990 message
You will be working directly with the lead architect and co-founder on this effort. We look forward to proposals ONLY from individuals that have experience in these EDI transactions.
