C++ paint application, functions of drawing the shapes, changing color, moving shapes, etc. need to be implemented -- 2

I need an application that is essentially like Microsoft paint in C++. I have coded everything except the actual functions for drawing the shapes, changing color, moving shapes, etc. (I have completed 75% of the project) This is using a private library called EasyGraphics which I will include and have already used so you do not need to, and if you do there are plenty of references in my work on how to use it. I will send you a document with a brief of what the finished product will include, and a video showing the finished features.
