I am working to find a website solution for a client who is a football tutor to high school quarterbacks. The requirements for the site are as follows.
Scheduler
Application online
Authentication and login (Mypage type)
Shopping cart to buy session credits
Credits automatically deducted after sessions have passed
Automatic billing and e-commerce clearing with credit cards
Email notifications for schedule changes
Warnings via email to those whose credits have expired
Admin module allowing the administrators to
schedule events, input locations of fields, notify individuals and/or groups of schedule changes, run billing inquiries and reports,
add new locations
make location changes on the fly should schedules require it, etc.
input pics and bios of success stories based on predetermined templates
Google maps to fields auto generated when address is entered/changed
Hotel links and email notifications to hotel owners via email based on particular rules
