Remote Access PC Software

I want a PC remote access software [login to view URL] it will let people access their PC from another PC over the [login to view URL] just has to be a basic program with no graphics,just a logo for the software icon. I will tell you the Name I want the software to be called. The Program has to work on Windows 98SE,Windows ME,Windows XP,and Windows Vista. BEFORE i pay you, I need to see a Video DEMO(upload to youtube) of the software running on at least Windows 98SE and also I need to see it run on Windows XP and also I need to see if run on Windows Vista. It has to run from .exe files. So there will be a Host .exe file that is run on the Remote computer a person wants access to over the internet,and a "client" .exe file that is run on the computer that is trying to access the remote computer. I do NOT want users to have to INSTALL this program. I want you to make 1 self extracting .exe file, so after users download it for the first time,it will extract 2 .exe file and 1 README file on the Desktop of their computer. 2 files will be the [login to view URL] file and the "client" .exe file.1 file will be the README file. The 2 .exe files will NOT install the program,it will RUN the [login to view URL] the program does NOT need to be installed. I want it like this so users can copy the files onto their USB memory sticks and run the software directly off them. The README file will tell users how to use the program. Tell them that you have to run the host .exe file on the computer you want to access remotely,and you have to run the "client" .exe file on the Computer you want to access the remote computer from. Also tell them they can use both .exe files from a USB memory stick. The program will work by a user double-clicking on the [login to view URL] file and then this will display their External IP address and they will have to set a password. The password can be a maximum of 10 characters long. Then another computer double-clicks on the "client" .exe file and types in the External IP address of the remote computer and also types in the password,then they can Connect to this remote PC over the internet. The PC that they have connected to will be shown in a Window,like an emulator,like real VNC does. users can click on the buttons using their [login to view URL] they can click on the 'Start' button of the remote computer etc. They can also use their keyboard too. Users can access all features like listening to the music on the remote pc,watching videos and also printing using the remote pc's printer. The pc's window will be shown in 24 bit [login to view URL] can also shut down the remote pc,access the remote pc cd, dvd drives,delete files [login to view URL] can do ANYTHING they want on the remote pc. I also want some sort of Data Compression so data is compressed which will make the connection faster. Use less CPU and bandwidth possible. Make sure the program uses a PORT that will work through most routers etc. You choose the best port you think it will work best [login to view URL] PORT CANNOT be changed. The maximum file size for the 2 .exe files in total is 10MB.I don't want anything bigger than 10MB. Also you need to give the software a version number that you add into the binary file.( you need to tell me the version number) It has to have cross-platform functionality(for example, a windows xp pc can access windows vista pc. windows me pc can access windows xp pc) etc [login to view URL] cross platform with Windows ME,XP,Vista. NO linux. It has to work through most routers and firewalls(like programs like msn,aim,icq do). So if a user has windows xp or windows vista,when they run the program the windows firewall dialog box will popup and ask users if they want to allow this program to run and it will be added into the Windows Xp or windows vista firewall allow full access list. The program has to be secure so I want it to have end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption. The program needs to run WITHOUT needing .NET framework.I DON'T want it to use .NET framework. If a user closes the host .exe file then this computer cannot be accessed anymore. I also want a POPUP box to displayed when users start the BOTH the [login to view URL] file and the "client" .exe file. The popup box cannot be closed until 10 seconds has been.
