Find at least one human cell line that is commercially available, with a homozygous deletion of the whole tp53 gene or at least of the second and third exon. Send me the name of the cell line along with the publication/data confirming the homozygous deletion. Some cell lines have conflicting data, I cannot use those. Do you want to get all of the results which have the deletion, some of them, only one? Given that there have to be a publication confirming the deletion, couldn't be a better approach to directly research pubmed?
