Detailed Description of Work –
The task we perform is of Land Development which includes Residential and Commercial Development. For residential , there is single family and multi family or town house development is done, and commercial development consists of on-site drainage plan. We also do sub-division of the lot, be it commercial or residential. Apart from this, for Surrey, we check the basement possibility of the particular Lot and storm water management plan. Every city in British Columbia have their own different design criteria and we work accordingly and work of whole of B.C and North America is done by us. Designing itself is a vast and cumbersome process, and it differs from city to city making it even more tedious job. But we are professionals and love challenges. Preparing the whole Detailing Package which includes Cover page, Key Plan, Lot Grading, Storm Water Management Plan, Profile of Storm, Sanitary and/or Water if required, Road Works, onside grading plan, Erosion and sediment control plan, Storm Water Management Plan, BC hydro plan are some of the plans we prepare. To work on all these plans we need survey, so we at our firm also prepare the data for Survey Requirements.
