Need CAD drawing for office floor plan

We need mock CAD drawings of an office layout. We have the .dwg file of the existing floor plan. The space is between 3000-3500 sqft. We would like the freelancer to visualize the layout of the existing floor plan to include a kitchenette, lounge area, computer server room, and 3-4 meetings rooms. There should be one large meeting room (seating 15) and 2-3 smaller rooms (seating 1-3). The office should fit up to 20 people, and will need 20 workstations/desks fit within. Workstations will be a mix of 85cm x 130cm and 80cm x 160cm. We would like to mock CAD drawing showing the potential finished layout of this new office, with all pieces and sections drawn to scale.
