TO AMEND FOLLOWING MARKUPS ON DRAWINGS a full set of architectural documents for construction consisting of a new 3 storey apartment block of 3 unitsFreelancers must possess skills in architectural construction detailing for residential projects. NON-ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS A NECESSITY. The following drawings will need to be completed;
*The full extent of the amendments shown on the markup of the set provided including clouding the changes.
-All drawings in A3 size and completed using Autocad. .pdf and .dwg files to be provided. Payments will be processed over 2 stages with submission and review at each stage.
Stage 1 – 90% of full documentation completed 75% of the total cost
Stage 2 – 100% of full documentation completed 25% of the total cost
