Create a consulting service agreement between a company (client) and individual (service provider) according to the EU laws

I run iGaming consulting services and there is a need to make a contract between my new client - Cyprus company and I. Basically, the type of service is "consulting", but the means of this service (or what job needs to be done) are as following: 1) BeemCasino product statistic analytics 2) Technical BeemCasino player's retention model audit 3) Creation of the new player's retention model (Bonus systems) 4) Creation of the new trigger & sales marketing players funnel Services come as a bundle. The services should be written out clearly. The service start date is 17/06/2021 and the finish is 09/06/2021 (dd/mm/yyyy) The total price is $4,200.00 American dollars, where 50% or $2,100.00 should be paid upon the service start (17/06/2021) and the rest on the 09/06/2021 but no longer than 3 days after.
