I have Google STT integrated on my FreePBX, This feature will be used by callers saying the name of whom they want to speak to and after recognizing the speech to text the call gets routed to that extension. I had a developer set this up, the part that is not working is the voice recognition... almost any name said is not recognized and based on the logs the result are always wrong and random. I need help fixing this solution.

I can help you with this, I have over 9 years of experience with FreePBX. Why not just use the dial by name directory built into FreePBX?
