We are looking for a skilled and experienced developer to integrate a multilingual AI chatbot into our existing business WhatsApp platform. The chatbot will be developed using Google Dialogflow and tailored specifically for our online travel agency. The primary objective of this project is to enhance our customer support capabilities by providing automated assistance in both Arabic and English languages. The chatbot should be capable of handling various tasks, including booking new tickets, amending or refunding tickets, booking hotels and cars, and answering tourism-related questions using Google Dialogflow's AI capabilities. Requirements:

I can develop this chatbot for you and we can add IVR based chat bot (voice chatbot),
the only issue is google dialog-flow doesn't support Arabic,
but if we can come up with similar Q&A database for Arabic and English we should be able to do that in Arabic as well.
