Write a Report based on 3-Youtube clips & need to do small research on various marketing strategy and how to use them

Word limit: 1,000 words (±10%), Very small and simple project (Budget under AUD 10-20) just need a bit research & knowledge of marketing strategies. I give you more n more work if you did this perfectly. This project writing is based on Youtube videos. I need to write down a report based on these video's links that I attached in given documents. No or zero percent plagiarism or collusion(Plz keep it mind) It is all about 3 youtube videos and u needs to choose any two and need to do a small research. NOTE: I don't need any video's summary or its transcripts. you need to find as many as ideas and key points from the video and need to explain how these ideas could help in any organization and how it could work? Choose two examples of organizations that are widely regarded as excellent in their industry (DO NOT use any of the organizations discussed in the online clips provided as your selected examples). Based on the online clips and the theories they cover, identify the source(s) of each individual organization’s excellence, in turn, paying particular attention to the roles of the various theories in achieving that excellence. For each organization (500 words per organization), prepare 2 paragraphs for one organization, that two organizations and 4 paragraphs and 1 short conclusion: Paragraph 1: A brief description of the organization, justification for why you have selected it and why it is perceived as being excellent in its field (100 words) Paragraph 2: A description of how this organization has achieved its current standing in the market by applying the theory(ies) discussed in the online clips (400 words) So that means this report should have 5 paragraph, 1st Paragraph INTRODUCTION 2nd and 3rd one as above said from the one video and 3rd and 4rth para from the 2nd video and a small conclusion or closing statement.
