Virtual team member - System Analyst or Architect who can document requirement and High Level/Low Level designs based on inputs

I am looking for System Analyst or Technical Writer who can work part time and be part of our Virtual Team. We prefer tto have team member who are not working at other location and want to be part of virtual team for long term association. The ideal person will be someone who has atleast work for 2+ years in the role and had to leave the job because ofpersonal reasons and now willing to work few hours daily from home. We have time flexibiltiy and person can chosse hours as per convenience. We are looking for team member who want to be part of team which can take innovative solutions and put them into reality with a vision to be leader in the field and ahead of competitor and deliver a solution with best quality in quickest possible timefreame Our budget though are limited but we plan to have some revenue linked incentive as we grow to maintain the association.
