Social Media Manager (Bilingual English/Russian)

If so, this may be the role for you – we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our exciting project! Key responsibilities 1. Content creation – Creating unique Social multimedia content (texts, images, video) – Development and implementation of marketing campaigns and organic social media – Ability to use different promotion channels; 2. Social Media Strategy –Organic and paid media campaign creation and implementation. – Dynamic use of daily news hooks for efficient promotion. – Media planning, evaluation and selection of promotion channels; – Social media content approval via Opal; – SMART goals setting on social media with defined KPIs – Daily management of organic social media accounts: o Reddit, o LinkedIn, o Facebook, o Twitter, o Instagram, o TikTok; – Building key relations with influencers. – Managing and maintaining community engagement on social media platforms by promptly responding to social media messages. – Implementing Ad campaigns directly or via third party 3. Measurement and reporting. – Monitor, analyze and create reports (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.); – Enhance and adjust social media campaigns based on the analytical data; – Weekly reporting Required qualification and skills: – Bachelor’s degree – GCSEs and A-Level certification(s); – 2-3 years of experience in Social Media marketing / advertising/promotion; – Excellent copywriting skills – An excellent understanding of running various social media platforms (Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn / Instagram / Reddit / TikTok); – Excellent knowledge of performance indicators CTR, CPA, ROI, ARPU, DAU, etc.; – Experience in setting up targeted advertising on social media – Experience with relevant technology and reporting tools (Opal, Sprinklr, Web Trends) – Language skills: Bilingual (English/Russian) Salary: £ 20,000 – 25,000 per year, depending on work experience £ 30,000 – 40,000 per year, after successful probation period Competitive Salary, depending on work experience Probation period: 3 months Employment options: Self-employed Remote working
