I am looking for someone to write a thoroughly detailed & well researched article/report of all of the neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Someone who is familiar with Los Angeles is more preferred. I need the following information for each neighborhood: 1. What is the general feel or vibe of the neighborhood? What is the neighborhood like? 2. What notable things are by the neighborhood? (Example: Warner Bros. Studio is in Burbank, etc.) 3. How much (price range) is a studio apartment, 1-bedroom apartment, 2-bedroom apartment? Here are the list of neighborhoods I'd like researched and written about: San Fernando Valley: - Canoga Park - Woodland Hills - Reseda - Encino - North Ridge - Van Nuys - Sherman Oaks - Studio City - Toluca Lake - North Hollywood (Including Noho Arts District) - Burbank - Glendale - Pasadena Los Angeles (below the San Fernando Valley): - Santa Monica - Westwood - Beverly Hills - Bel-Air - Hollywood - West Hollywood - Mid-Wilshire - Koreatown - Los Feliz/Silverlake/Echo Park (they are within the same vicinity and have the same feel) - Atwater Village - Eagle Rock - Downtown Los Angeles South of the 10 Freeway: - Inglewood - Culver City - Mar Vista - Venice - Marina Del Rey - Near LAX In your bid, please let me know your bid pricing structure. If you charge by words, give me an estimate as to how many words you think this would take and how much you charge per word. If you charge an hourly rate, give me an estimate as to how many hours you think this will take.
