My business Associate and I are developing a Corporate Mental Wellness Program and are looking for someone that may be able interested in assisting us in content design. We are currently conducting focus groups and are going to facilitate the program within the companies, but our long-term goal is to provide this (and other modalities and modules) as a virtual platform. I will provide some of the main bullet points of the program below and if anyone has an interest, please PM me or comment below. - Built in modules that can mostly plug and play - Don’t want a lot of content - Blended modalities - Built in a way easy to transform into virtual - Mobile tools - Effective Pre/Post assessment (what tool do we want to tackle) Approach (Pre and post assessment) Statistics General Mental Health statistics and the impacts that they have on the ROI of corporations Mental Health conditions Provide overview of what is considered MH conditions and common indicators, traits Stigma Recognize the stigma in their culture and create the desire to erase it and get individuals bought into their part in removing the stigma Better mental wellness for you and for the workplace Self-identify areas each want to improve for their individual and workplace mental wellness and examples of ways to do so Defining your purpose Mindset Leadership Styles Identify successful styles that support a mental wellness culture and self-identify and create a community or tribe feel by behaviors and mentor partnerships Existing Community Programs Create awareness around nonprofits and programs and resources offered in their area today and provide a reference tool • NAMI (National Association for Mental Illness) • AFSP (Association for Suicide Prevention) Creating a "Culture" that amplifies the health of it's employees Ideas for activities and content and sustainment tools Future Ideas to Sustain our program and marketing (POD Cast, You Tube) that interviews people from corporations at every level about what is working or what they want to solve for and hear from community
