I need a freelancer to write 30,000 words of copy and content for my website. We are a translation agency, specialised in French/English translations. You'll start with

- Services

These ones - the content for the home pages of the site, are needed in the next three days.
You'll then subsequently have to plan, develop and write content which we'll regularly publish on the blog.
The desired freelancer is
- a native English speaker
- fully bilingual in French. If you know these two languages at a native level, then you have the subject matter expertise needed to write for us.
It is also crucial for the success of this project that you know how to write content that will rank us on the very top of Google search engine results for strategic keywords. It is therefore important that you know how to do extensive keyword research before writing (you should have the tools to do this), writing with the buyer persona in mind.
The ultimate parameter for measuring success in this project is, you provided us content that resulted in huge growth in inbound leads to and conversions on our site, and that provides thought leadership and positions us as an authority in our industry.

While those sites do many languages, we'll only be specialising in French/English translations.
Please mind the budget while bidding. We don't have room for manoeuvre on the budget, but note that we have a very high volume of content we would like to write in the next few months, over and above these first 30,000 words. The freelancer we choose for this first project, if our collaboration is successful, will have placed themselves in great stead to work with us in the long-term.
Beyond this first set of content meant for the main pages, please note that we won't be micromanaging your work.
As a general rule, we expect that the content for our blog will be 1500 words per article. We want 100% original content and will thoroughly check for spinning or rewriting; there will be absolutely no room for fluff or fillers: your content should be very rich and should position us as an authority in the industry.
You will have to brainstorm, ideate, plan, and write these content. You should know how to do research to know which keywords to target.
The ultimate goal of your content should be to increase the leads and conversions to our website, and this will be the basis for the rating we give you.
Only proposals that address the above issues raised will be considered for this project - we will automatically decline automatic, cookie-cutter proposals. We would also like to see samples of your previous work.
