As an animation graduate, I understand the complexity of how working with 2D animation goes, especially in adobe animate. However, recalling it’s an 8 minute video, my concern would be that you need to shorten it so you don’t lose the viewers attention. Typically a 3 minute video is what keeps the viewers attention. After about 5 min, you lose your target audience because they start to drift. I don’t know what your company is or how set on the 8 minutes you are but I would recommend cutting it back a bit. Other than that, if you would like me to work with you, I’d be pleased to help you make your video work.
