2D/3D artwork and animation

We require artist/designer to create static artwork and basic frame-by-frame 2d animations for mobile application. We do not need game development - developers not required. We require the following items: - Static 2d background images (for game scenes) - Animations rendered to PNG sequences Require the following styles initially: - Childrens story book/Comic - Space themed game Existing work in this regard will be advantageous. Experience in 3d modelling and design would be advantageous for the space themed application and children's books/applications. Require someone that can provide backgrounds, animations, graphical buttons, etc. Experience creating artwork for mobile games will be advantageous as well. Original files for 3d models/artwork required as well as PNG images We are looking for someone that can with limited input and description of the objects/scenes in question create the artwork with input from us.
