Hello, my name is Grace and I am a writer/ director/ voice actress/ artist/ etc... and I am creating a show for Youtube.
This show is called Clockwise. It is set in a fantasy based world where all manner of races live. The premise of the show is our two characters, an archaeologist and a mercenary go back in time after saving what was left of the world from an earth shattering catastrophe. Years later, and to their horror, they soon discover that history can repeat itself.
It's a loosely animated show. I've drawn all my art in layers so they can be moved appropriately. There's just one problem... I have no idea how to make stuff move. We have tried using motion artist but the team still can't get the results we desire.
Ideally, I would need joints moving, occasionally characters walking, lots of tweening, lots of camera movement, to give the illusion of animation without all the work. I would like the camera to be able to cut and pan over images in a comic book style. However it is drawn to also be looked at more cinematically with still images or camera zoom tricks.
I would like to start small, getting three small teasers (11 panels each) working along with the intro (10 panels.) For reference a panel is a single image that may contain some movement and camera panning. If successful, more can be discussed about processing episodes.
