1) I need an Android live wallpaper app with water ripple effects (if you touch the screen, it will give a water ripple effect) developed in eclipse. The app will have a selected number of pictures (which i can change in the source code). In the setting screens, user have the option of choosing one of these pictures to be used as their live wallpaper. Minimum Android API version to target: Gingerbread (android-10) Project must be set up with the Google Play Services SDK 2) Freelancer will also need to integrate ads SDKs from 2 different ads network into the app. Upon completion I need the source code of the app. In case I have difficulties, freelancer need to help guide me to compile new apk files with my eclipse. When bidding, if you have samples, please provide the apk file for me to view your sample work. Only bids less than USD120 will be considered. Thanks
