iOS App for Joomla News Website Portal

Please READ this VERY CAREFULLY and THOROUGHLY. Respond back to me by March 23 with any questions. Here are the EXACT specifications for my clients APP project. Please look them over, and let me know if you have any questions. These are FINAL and will NOT CHANGE: [login to view URL] Basics: 1). Live content: App will pull live content (local news, ag news, sports news) from web portal. As soon as a story is published to the portal, it should be visible and accessible within the app, with no additional publishing steps required by the article author 2. Native basic content: Basic content for each story (ie. title, abstract, lead photo) should be visible within native app (ie. not a web view). The story title links to the full version of the story, visible within the app, which can be a webview of the mobile webpage for that story 3. Weather via API: Weather page will display live weather data from Environment Canada, accessed via Golden West weather API. Weather page live data will be similar to the main weather page on the website, including: - current conditions - abbreviated forecast, including condition icons - full text forecast - Env. Canada radar map appropriate for current station 4. Push Notifications: The app will have a variety of user-selectable push notification "subscriptions" (eg. weather alerts, school closures, amber alerts, breaking news, sports scores, etc.). This should use the native Apple Push Notification service (APNs). Each subscription can be enabled/disabled within the app, on a per-user basis. A push notification server will need to be built to accompany the app. This server must be able to handle push notifications for all client apps - allow user to enable/disable a subscription within the app - allow client staff to push a notice to any specific subscription - have a basic API to allow push notifications to be sent programaticallly by client 5. Music streaming: Each client station in the market (usually 2 or 3 stations) can be streamed from the app. The stream can be stopped/started within the app, and should remain playing in the background when you switch to another app 6. User submitted content: The app will allow the user to submit text and/or a photo to the client, directly through the app 7. Metrics: the app should track usage and metrics for each section of the app - daily active users (DAU) - time spent in app? - monthly downloads? - total downloads? 8. Ads: The client wants to have ad spots with the app. The location and type are yet to be determined. Skills needed: Android, Joomla, Apple, iOS I have set no budget for this project at this time.
