Ridgewood is looking for strong Unity 3D Mobile Application Developers who write clean, maintainable code in an efficient way, and who have good written communication skills.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with software development
2+ years of experience with mobile application development
Experience with
Native iOS, including iPhone, iPod, iPad, Objective-C
Native Android - Java specifically for Android development,
Unity3D developed with C# specifically for iOS, Android, or Windows Mobile-
Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Agile Development, including Extreme Programing (XP) or Scrum, Rapid Prototyping, or in a rapid development environment
Experience with Web App development for mobile devices,
including HTML5, AJAX, or JavaScript specifically for mobile Web apps
Experience with Interactive Data Visualization, including infographics, charting, or geospatial mapping
Experience with Front-End, User Interface, User
Experience (UI/UX)
Experience with Game Engines including
Unity 3D, (MOST IMPORTANT !!!!!!!!)
Unreal/UDK,
Torque,
Flixel,
CryENGINE, or
XNA-Experience with Server-Side Scripting,
including PHP, ASP.NET, Java, J2EE, Ruby, or Python
Experience with databases including
MySQL,
Microsoft SQL,
Oracle, or
NoSQL-Experience with Web server administration, including IIS or Apache
BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related field
You should love games and you should love good code. Fully specified game design documents plus daily feedback will be provided. Don't do another boring mobile game. Do something truly innovative and interesting with a team that truly understands and values good code.
