Native ads expert - Taboola and Outbrain -- 2

Hello all, I am looking for a talented native ads expert specialised in Taboola, Outbrain or any relevant contextual advertising platform. Here are the specs : - marketing objectives : lead generation - GEO : France (some specific geos within France to start) - Language : French - CPL desired range : up to 18 euros (the goal is to lower CPL as much as possible) - Volume of leads : unlimited IF below target CPL - Demographics and interest will be confirmed if project awarede - Thematic / Topic : renewable energies I am a native French speaker so I can help reviewing ads texts. I am not a beginner and have strong knowledge in PPC platforms such as Google or Facebook. Unfortunately, I have tried many times using both Taboola and Outbrain but my results are very poor, (high CPL and low volume) while most of my competitors are doing very well with these two native ads platforms. (some are generating 500 to 1000 leads per day) I will provide at leads two landing pages for a/b testing purposes. Please message me only you have relevant work experience.
