Set up an accounts processing office - Phillipines

I wish to set up an office in Phillipines and staff it with 2 or 3 accounts staff who are familiar with Australian book keeping and accoynting requirements - data entry - preparing financial accounts using MYOB; preparing BAS statements for montjhly GST; annual tax returns; payroll entry - weekly and monthly and annual payroll summaries; preparing work papers ; carrying out reconciliations of bank and loan accounts; preparing query lists to follow up and sort out errors - only WELL experienced people are required. I will supply computer, VOIUP phone and all support; this is a full time role for 2-3 staff to establish a working office.
