Work Planning – booking in all jobs, allocating work for 8 employees making sure work is completed within the quoted hours and deadlines, preparing contracts & timelines for clients, covering account managers holidays, streamlined time booking and allocation processes, recruiting freelancers to outsource work when, assisting Account Managers with ad hoc duties.
All financial analysis – created relevant reports for directors meetings,highlighting problem areas/issues and suggesting solutions eg Job Profit analysis, billable vs non billable hours, actual vs budgeted accounts, profitability per client, assisted with quoting structure.
