1 Accounting Assistant – Remote position

Job Description: Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data. Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions. Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials. Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements. Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Process and prepare financial and business forms to check account balances, facilitating purchases, etc. * Perform routine calculations to create and generate reports and collect data for financial spreadsheets as per the need. * Help oversee and manage individual accounts * Create, send, and follow up on invoices * Keep the T&Cs and negotiate best prices with suppliers. REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate must have a Degree in Finance/Accounting with 2-3 years of working experience in Corporate Accounting. Hands on experience and proficiency with Accounting Software. Available to work during the corporate hours of Central European Time (CET). Be familiar with ZOHO Software is a plus Fluent English To be Located in Europe Looking for candidates who could give a long term commitment as this would be a Full Time Position
