I need someone who can turn out incoming email and phone leads into advertising partners for our company. Our offer is 100% free to them and even comes with a $100.00 bonus day 1 and up to $500.00 a week for less than 15 minutes of work a day. Responsibilities • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our offer. • Answer questions about service or the company • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales • Direct prospects to other channels within the company when necessary • Enter and update customer information in the database • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation • Go the “extra mile” to close every possible lead • Keep detailed records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements • Proven experience as sales representative or other sales/customer service role • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone • Excellent online communication skills – Live Chat, Email, Skype, etc. • Outstanding English Skills – Verbal and Written • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints • HONESTY IS A MUST. • Above Average Time Management & Productivity.
