I developed stores and Inventory Management system, In that once the material has been supplied to the Mill, Invoice is generated and the amount which need to be paid to the vendor is mentioned in the invoice, this is amount is mentioned in the invoice receipt the very first time the vendor is introduced into the system. From the next time when the same vendor supplies the material, invoice payment amount will be automatically populated in the invoice amount field by computing the number of units vendor has supplied the material to the mill.
