I won't even mind working on low price for this project as making a game like this would be like an adrenaline sport for me, the more I spend hours on it, the more fun it will be! Would you by chance be interested in making this MMORPG a web based one instead of a windows executable? It would be far more lite and accessible. I even have some demos sitting on my hard drive which could provide a good start for such project. If windows is a must we might have a good chance with Java or Visual Studio.

The project looks interesting to me. It's challenging, It feels like fun. I have no experience in C language, nor Java (web frontend?). Development tools and server side stuff is a thing that need to be discussed. To clearify things, this is project that will take a huge amount of time if it will be written from the foundation. So I suggest Unity (C#) as a base for a client. And amazon services to handle server side. Before starting any work we will need a strict and detailed roadmap to understand where is the end of the way and where we will be at the end. I can spend something like 4-5 hours a day working on a game. Good things - I can handle every aspect of work in the project, but be ready to get some more freelancers to boost up development. What's bad - I never worked on a MMORPGs, I was thinking to make something like that, but it is a huge amount of time, a lot and lot of work. I have a spare job but also have a lot of energy, inspiration and desire to make games.
