· Who said cartoon and comics are only for kids? The Brunch offering is family-friendly oriented however it has stations that appeal to both kids and parents alike.
· Parents can relive their childhood memories while kids enjoy their favorite characters.
Brunch Aspects:
· Friday Brunch Buffet with live cooking stations, sushi, sashimi, seafood bar on ice and grill, desserts.
· Cartoon Sections feature: Kung Fu Panda, Simpsons, turtle ninja, Freej, ratatouille, lego, mickey & Minnie mouse, minions, Mike, the jungle book, nemo, superman, batman, peterpan, looney toons
· Cartoon illustration must include a European family of 5 (brown hair) consisting of mother, father and 3 kids (age: 4, 8 and 14)
· Each of the family character to have a unique feel example: the 4 years old girl to have a face painting and cotton candy/ice cream (could be the similar to the girl from the Monster Movie, picture attached ), 8 years old boy to have pizza (similar to turtle ninja or boy in Harry Potter Look), 14 years old to have a teenage look wearing a famous cartoon character but without implications of the brand in order to avoid any legal issues / braces/ long Hair. Parents can have superhero looks (could be the Bewitched Couple. Picture attached) .
· Location should show a restaurant feel with characters around a buffet or live cooking station. The main focus should be on the characters showing their full body.
· Brunch activities will include: face painting, designing own cookies, costumes etc...
· To include one of the below attached Bird illustrations next to the family (attached, we can provide to you)
· Tagline: The Cartoon Brunch

I didnt understand the last part of the brief, could you explain what you mean by 3d view and 3 different looks? My process would be to do this by hand then digitize it, I would first provide you with some rough sketches for you to approve of then commence in on the detailing and coloring - If you initiate the chat I can send you some *watermarked* samples not available in my profile
