I require 3 x real estate websites for 3 of my clients. The database / backend for adding, editing and uploading properties + pictures can be the same. The front end needs to be different for all three. PSD file will be supplied for screen mock purposes of how the page for each can be supplied, they are similar in functionality, just different in layout and colour. as all three are existing clients i will require confidentiality in all aspects on this project. All 3 sites have there own domain names and hosting purchased, sites can be developed on your dev area, payment terms will be staged through the course of the development life cycle with final payment being made on clients acceptance of site going live. Sample terms would be something in the region of - 20% in escrow to start work. 20% when clients sign off on front end templates/page design seeing the site layout working in a browser. 30% after testing has finished prior to go live. 30% when site live on clients url and hosting. screen mocks will be made available for the pages to show what functionality is required. hyperlinks to be seo compatible throughout the site. Client can add new pages for content (eg news, or mortgage information) and edit content.
