edit and confgure joomla real estate website

I have installed joomla 3.2 purchased a new real estate component - os property - [login to view URL] purchased a template to go with this - [login to view URL] this also included various T3 plugins and other custom modules. The template uses jm slideshow responsive for the image slideshow (new pictures for this are uploaded to joomla but not running the slideshow yet). I need the slideshow updating with my new seven images I need existing menu editing (it uses megamenu in template config, not std joomla menu) so it includes the following articles/content - HOME PLUS (article needs creating) -->VILLA MANAGEMENT (article needs creating) -->PROJECT MANAGEMENT (article needs creating) PROPERTIES (points to all properties page from component) -->RENTALS (points to rental properties) -->LONG TERM RENTALS (points to long term rental properties) THE ALGARVE (article needs creating) ABOUT US (article needs creating) CONTACT US (use existing module to create a contact form with captcha) New logo for algarve property plus needed (for top left corner of template to replace little black button and propertytyt3 text) Remove all sample properties Category images need creating (little thumbnails for each of the categories currently published) The cityscape at the bottom of the template needs replacing with something more appropriate for algarve (beach or golf course) Needs a new ico file for tabbed browsing needs tags + seo setting up in joomla to work correctly (sh404SEF has a plugin for this template at joomdonation site) Remove advertisements from right hand column and increase the featured properties that are there to 6 remove breadcrumbs from bottom of page configure footer links correctly to match correct pages edit contact info in footer remove about ossolution from footer (replace with alternative text?) setup one default agent for all properties contact details same as per mine site details (will only need one). Replace tabbed page names with more seo friendly/site correct ones remove any copyright notices from standard template and os property assist creating a csv file so properties can be imported (its an option inside the property component)
