Hello, Let me know your server login details. I will check with logs and sort it out. Will let you know with reason and how i solved it. I have checked with few things, i doubt it is a firewall issue, which need to be configured and the service to be checked with the server setting. I am ready to start on it now. If not, please let me know what error(s) it is returning & any steps that I might take to duplicate the issue.
