Telegram Messaging Gateway (Visual Studio 2015, Visual C++)

If you are unsure about the requirement, please message me and i'll explain in detail. Overview ======== 1) Please note that it's not using Telegram BOT api. Must develop using Telegram Windows source code. [login to view URL] 2) The source code is base on Visual Studio 2015 and C++ 3) Telegram messaging gateway sits between the end user that is using telegram app in their mobile phone and external http web service. (pls refer attached jpg diagram file) 4) Users will use the telegram app (mobile phone) to message to the telegram gateway mobile number. The telegram gateway will POST the message together with some parameter to a external http web service server(http iis). 5) The external http web service server will reply a response in plain text format. 6) The response, will be sent to the user using telegram gateway. Technical specification ================= 1) The software must have some sort of setting page/text file to set the external http web service server address (url). One time setup. 2) When the Telegram gateway receive a message it will POST the parameter below to the external http server i) Telegram Gateway Phone number ii) Telegram User Phone number iii) Telegram message 3) The plain text message response from the POST will be sent back to the user. 4) The software must be able to handle multiple messages at the same time.
