Need more inforamtion about the size and number of lines of code - bid just a guess for now.

More details are needed for a realistic bid. What database? What parameters? Are they templates or dynamic?

Need more information about the project. In what language is it currently written and in how many lines? What is the program supposed to do? Does it matter to you if the program rewritten in using Borland Builder C++ (that\'s what comes in mind at once when you hear about the reports, Borland Builder provides excellent support for reporting) or Microsoft Visual C++ or Visual Basic or something else? I have been using VB for several years now, and have now done many simple and complicated programs. I may already have done your DOS program so would already have experience in whatever field its in.
