Marketplace Website Development (AWS hosted)

I need a web site with the following scope: Business Requirements - The site will be a marketplace where people will meet and exchange goods electronically. - Sellers will be able to define their products, availability, and payment terms. They will also be able to send messages to the buyers, rate them, upload files, run reports. - Buyers will be able to browse sellers based on criteria, rate them, schedule an appointment and pay for the goods. - Goods can be delivered electronically offline (e.g. email) or in a file or via a video messaging system/phone (e.g. skype). - The site should support a payment system. Payments should be made via PayPal or a credit card. Funds should be held in escrow and released upon approval by the buyer. - There is other needed functionality which is implied (profile creation, password resets, messaging, user administration, etc). Technical Requirements - Three tier web site - The site should be designed to be hosted on AWS. You don't need to create the AWS architecture, however the business tier should be stateless so it can be used with AWS. The DB should be supported by RDS on AWS. You can use the AWS serverless offerings (SSR, SNS, SQS, etc.) You can use AWS as a test environment if this is easier. - I prefer Node.js or C#/.NET, with a front end of your choice. However feel free to propose your language of choice. - Version control will be hosted on BitBucket - We will use SCRUM hosted on JIRA
