Webform using VB.net

I need a really good .net programmer who uses VB to create two forms for me. First form will be a list using datagrid control and the other is a web form displaying all the fields in the datagrid when the link column is clicked. The datagrid will pull data from a table in a Microsoft sql server. The datagrid will have about 5 columns and the detail form will have 8 fields. This should be less than a couple hours of work for the right programmer. Please only bid if you are able to begin working immediately. Programmers who can provide references will have the best chance of winning this project.
