Looking for Unreal engine expert

We will need to export the animations into unreal engine after blender. We will need to create an interactive environment. How can we create an interactive environment in unreal besides creating different animations in blender? Don’t we need to pre define the animations in blender prior to the creating of an interactive environment in unreal? The idea of this project is to create CTA elements that are in the form of 3D objects. To create a confined digital interface environment that contains CTA elements that perform animations based on specific user selection. So, if a user selects the heavy bag, the boxing character will walk to the heavy bag and start punching it, causing it to react and sway accordingly If the user selects the boxing ring, the boxing character will make way to the boxing ring, enter the ring, start dancing in the manner that you demonstrated to me earlier in our conversation, which will ultimately activate the lights effects Based on specific user selection, there will be specific predetermined animations that transpire. It will not be a game though, please keep that in mind. We are creating animations, then inserting them into an interactive environment. It is as simple as that. We don’t need to make this any more complicated than it needs to be. We will provide boxers and gym models. Projects will only be awarded to those who understand the above.
