Bro... you won't find any "qualified professionals" within that budget of yours. You're paying for like 10 hours of work... Fair enough one can mesh the things and set it up in 30min. Then you will probably have super thin surfaces... and there it begins. Mesh it fine with volumetric elements and you're in for 1h 2h for first simulations... start experimenting with shell elements and... hmmm. That might work. Why not just do thin shells and spay with those in the standard environment, if they don't provide NASTRAN to you? does is "really" need to be "plastic" or "hyper plastic"... or is it just me imagining problems?
